We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We value your time and strive to stay on schedule. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session to avoid impacting the next client's appointment.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel at the last minute due to illness, an emergency, or inclement weather, please notify us as soon as possible.
As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders via email and/or text. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled time.
